Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
The service was not delivered at all.
A significant portion of the service was not fulfilled.
The order was canceled before processing.
You were charged more than once for the same service.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You provided incorrect or invalid information (e.g., wrong username or URL).
You changed your mind after placing the order.
The service was successfully delivered as described.
Dropped followers, views, or likes after the refill period.
Attempting to misuse the system or violating our terms.
Refill Guarantee
For services that come with a refill guarantee, we will refill your order if drops occur within the specified period. Refunds are not applicable when refills are available.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued either:
To your ChaseFame wallet as credit for future use, or
To your original payment method, depending on your request and eligibility.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
Wallet Balance
Funds added to your ChaseFame wallet are non-refundable once used. However, unused wallet balance can be refunded upon valid request if not older than 30 days.
